I highly recommend Mark of H & H Electric. I got quotes from numerous places to replace an old Zinsco electrical panel, and his price was by far the most competitive. One place even told me that I needed to have extensive work done that really was not necessary. Mark does all the work himself, so he doesn’t have the overhead of some other places, and he won’t send an apprentice who might botch your job (which actually happened to me once in the past!).
